wells fargo home mortgage their is fraud in the company and they are denying us modification ,they are changing our income to show less then denied us.. they are liers................. po box 10335 Iowa
we bought our home in 2005 and was with world savings bank .. they put us in a loan that was to set us up for failure.. theu closed then it switched from lender to servicing companies... then we had financial hardship and loss of inome and medical issue .. we were not able to make our mortgage payment.. they are denying us a modification,, we hired an attorney to help fight for our right.. we qualify under obama care making home affordable, they took billions of dollars from government to bail hoomeowner out and keep their homes.. well guess what,, they dont care. they are actually illegally changing our actural income dollar amount to pretend we dont qualify..
and we have supported documentation proving our income.. they are lying to us and the government and to our attonrie.. we got second denial letter. who can step in and investigat them?? they are criminal.. all we want it to keep our home and our home is completely under water ,, we need a principal balance reduction and lower monthly payment.. why wont they help us?? we have a family?/ there was a class action law suit several years ago.. why dont we all sue them and do another class action .., we all have to come together to fight the war against them stealing our homes... its not legal..

This B****** Jim has no right to spew his out right hate and judgement on anyone. He hasn't had any real financial hardships of his own, so he alone with others like him can VERBALLY ASSAULT VICTIMS!. Well F you jim people have had it with you putting them, and thinking nobody else has the right to live but you. Its evident that the OP has struck jim nerver about the real TRUTH!.

Things happen in everyones lives, when hardship happens,, no one wants to go thru it. but no one is sayiing they want a free home.. just saying that the lender should be able to do a work out plan.... called modification.. so stop trying to blame victims...

It was YOU who promised to make each and every payment on time. It was YOU who failed to do that! Talk about liars. Of course, in very typical deadbeat wailing, it was the fault of the lender as to why YOU failed to make your payments. It was that big, bad lender which FORCED you into a loan YOU could not afford. Yes, they held a great big gun against your head, didn't they? Guess what, deadbeat...you are not ENTITLED to a mortgage free home or a mortgage in which you decided how much you want to pay! YOU failed to make your payments. End of story. You sorry whining deadbeats make decent people want to throw up!
