We have been trying to save our home through wells fargo,now it is with premiere assetts.We were having financial diffuctly and our house went into foreclosure. We had an attorney contact us, and were told he was saving our home not to worry.Then we find out he was being investigated by the attorney general and he disappeared.W e then hired another attorney,but the damage was already done by the first attorney!We have had the house appraised and have the financial backing to purchase the home,but wells fargo is saying we have to vacate the property.If anyone knows of any help to keep our home please let us know! First, let's get squared away here...YOU are in foreclosure because and only because YOU failed to make payments on time.  You are NOT in foreclosure because of the bank or the lender.  Having said that, you say you have "the financial backing" to buy the house.  OK, simple procedure.  Call them for the payoff, get the money and pay them off.  What's the problem here?  Quite possibly they don't believe you, in which case you will need to get a letter of credit from the "backer" to present to them.  However, I think there's alot missing here...like the truth.

Let me save you the effort...don't bother claiming I must work for them, because I don't!
