Weltman Weinberg & Reis Illegal garnishment---which they knew was illegal---defrauding bank and courts Cincinnati OH
Weltman Weinberg and Reis harassed me for a debt for uncountable months. They were told I was on Social Security Disability and that it is illegal to garnish money from from my account. Somehow (illegally I believe) they got a court order and took what little money I had. I am in the process of trying to recover it and the penalties I incurred because of them.I notice on these reports people are not getting their money back.
I am going to sue not only for the money, but the mental anguish. I hope to win because I am on mental disability. Can anyone out there tell me if they have received their money back or successfully sued them?

Get on Pacer for the Northern District of California, San Jose Division and check out Fausto v Credigy services Corp. No. 07-05658 JW. This case was decided in 2009 in favor of Fausto....the Judge awarded him $500,000 in emotional (punitive) damages and $1,000 in statutory damages....
read this case and learn what is needed for filing your own..... and move forward from there.
