" They are SAYING THEY ARE NOT under the jurisdiction of the US local laws "
The reservations are generally exempt from state and local laws as well as some federal laws. It's been that way for generations.
" FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM WITH THE FBI "
You didn't say what for?
" ALSO AGAINST THE TV NETWORK THAT AIRED THEIR AD "
TV stations are not responsible for the content of advertising. This has been the case since TV was invented. Try again.
" A CRIME THAT FALLS UNDER THE RICOH STATUTES! "
Would that be laws about office copiers?
" why? BECAUSE THEY CHARGE 89%, YES, THAT IS RIGHT, EIGHTY NINE PERCENT! "
Ahhh, now we get to your actual complaint. Here are a few questions to ponder. Is it illegal to charge 89%? Are you aware that payday loan companies with no indian affiliation routinely (and legally) charge triple digit interest? Why would you pick on this particular lender when just about every one of their competitors charges more interest?
Let me make it clear that using any of the payday lenders is a stupid financial move. I just question why you would single out one of the few lenders that only charges interest in the double digits.
