Westview Apartments ripoff Slumlord steals money from the poor Known drug activity does nothing Colorado Springs Colorado
The slumlord of these apartments does no maintenance in these apartments. I had a leaky faucet for 4 months before he did anything about it. The outdoor carpeting is torn all over the place with huge holes that people can trip on and children could be hurt. Cops are on the premises all the time. There is known drug activity in the area. Any given night, you can watch outside at people doing drugs in their cars after they make a pick-up. Several of the units are used to house many mexican workers whom I'm not sure most of which are legally in the U.S. Why would a slumlord care as long as he gets his money? For a small 400 sqft apartment with roaches crawling all over the walls, he charges an astounding 550 per month to live in what he calls an apartment. This is nothing more than a hell hole. Roaches all over the place. I complained a dozen over 6 months before anything was ever done about it and whatever he did, they CAME BACK the next spring!
I finally had someone who knew what they were doing come and take care of the problem for me. Then, I get threatened with an eviction notice over and over again and he says I owe him 4 thousand dollars! My family takes out a loan so I pay it and move out. 6 months later, he says I owe him 6 thousand more dollars and sends threatening letters that he will take me to court if I don't pay him immediately! SLUMLORD!! Stay away from the Westview Apartments if you care about your health and well being!! You can find very nice apartments all over town for the same or LESS than this crazy man charges!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

SLUMLORD!! Stay away from the Westview Apartments if you care about your health and well being!! You can find very nice apartments all over town for the same or LESS than this crazy man charges!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
