I was browsing the web for some sports team stuff at Christmas time and I saw a site that advertised great, hard to find items "delivered in time for Christmas", what they did not say was "Only if it is already in stock!!"

So happens that of the 12 or so items that I ordered on the 8th of December, all paid for first through PayPal, 4 of them were actually received before Christmas. The rest of the order came trickling in somewhere the end of January 2005, one or two things at a time, until I was waiting on the very last item; Nascar #12 Ryan Newman Antenna Toppers, a package containing two. I had emailed this so-called company 10 or 12 times to find out what the ETA of my order was and they would respond within 3-5 days.

My newest email went out to them on March 10, 2005 asking about the ETA on the Antenna Toppers and this was their response:

"Hi,

The toppers were already sent to you, weeks or possibly over a month ago, with a package of other items. We don't charge shipping when backordered items are shipped Thanks, Ryan"

This is the best answer you have? I have been in contact with Ryan every two weeks or so and he's trying to tell me that load of garbage! As I told Ryan, the last package I received from them was Feb. 4, 2005, it was a flat padded envelope that I picked up at the Post Office and it contained a cloth Eagles banner (folded flat 6X8inches) and a Eagles Stop Sign 12X12 inches, it would not have even been able to contain two antenna balls.

I emailed whateversports and informed them if they did not make good on the missing item I would file bad business reports with every one I could.
