Made purchase(gift). Wasn't desired by receiver. Immediately insured item and returned. Company will not refund the purchase price. They are penalizing me for returning the item and charging 15% for taking the item back. Not advertised anywhere on website. Addressed the issue directly with Accountant and National Sales Manager. Was basically told I was lucky they didn't add on an additonal $ 3.00 for the box they had to ship it in. Terrible customer service.
Notwithstanding that issue, it took them over a week to even fill the order and mail it out - I should have known then, but hind sight is 20/20.
Since the company was notified of this entry, they have refunded the purchase price in full(not the shipping though)-which is reasonable. That is all I asked for in the first place.
