Whitten Bros Chrysler They do not deliver rock solid service Richmond, Virginia
After having taking my car to 3 repair shops for my check engine light, and no one being able to determine the issue. I decided to take my car the the Whitten Brothers dealership. On 2/15/2013 I left my car their for them to determine what was causing the check engine light to come on, I was told the oil sending unit had to be replaced, they repaired everything they told me was wrong with my car. A couple of days later my check engine light came on again, I called and left several messages for advisor Keith Williams to return my call which he never did so I decided to take the car back to the dealership, this time I am told that our system need to be updated and I was charged $105.50 for this visit, the next day my check engine light comes on again. I called Keith and left several messages, after the fifth message I threatened to take legal action and contact BBB so he returned my call and told me to bring my car in at no additional charge. When I take my car into the shop I am told it will be a $150.00 charge for the repairs. I have taken my car to this dealership 3 times for my check engine light $1756.87 later my check engine light is still on. This dealership has poor customer service and their "Rock Solid Service Warranty" is a piece of crap.
