 I was completely mislead by purchasing a refrigerator from sears. Went into Sears to purchase a refrigerator and the sales person told me I could purchase through Whynotleaseit . she told me it would be paid off in 10 payments. By weekly. Well after looking more closely at the receipt after paying $2100 Whynotleaseit says your not done . No, you will pay forever if you do not use your 90 day option. So I called Whynotleaseit and the rep said yes you must pay it that way to pay off . So I asked can I pay it off on a certain date after that 90 day. Then he says yes but the same amount. I was furious. I asked him who the CEO of the company was and he could not tell me or give me their phone number. I told him I was going to report to the better business bureau he told me fine. Then he asked if I would like to take a survey . I laughed and said yes but you won't like it. Long story short. Do not purchase through them your item will never be paid for until you beg to pay the original outrageous price. Shame on sears for letting this company work with them.. Please read and listen to this report. Font be a victim of Whynotleaseit like so many of us have already.
