Wildblue Excede Internet catostrophic failure does not work
Wildblue/Excede Internet. Promise high speed internet, this is the worst internet there is. Not able to download updates,install apps. If more than 1 computer on in house both are so slow they keep loading half the time we loose the signal. Worst customer service all they tell you is too unplug router and internet plug back in. Sometimes its worst. Cant load Netflix or Amazon. Have to shut internet off on iPhones and use LTE.

Hi David S., I would be happy to take a look into your data usage and connecivity. When you do a power cycle on your equipment it deinitely should not make it worse. Please send me an email to [email protected] and I can take a look at what is going on. =)
