i went grocery shopping on the 3rd of march. and when i was getting ready to exit, i decided to play a vending machine called the whistle stop. so i gave it a try and lost. went back out to the car and got more change and played again and won the prize i wanted. but when it went to drop out my prize got stuck and didnt drop it out. well i stood there until i seen a employee. and i couldnt go in to get him so i nocked on there door to get his attention. and told him to come here. well i told him i won the prize and it got stuck.

he went to get a paper and pen to write down my name and # to call me when they get ahold of the owner to give me my prize.so i gave both to him. he said he didnt have the keys to give me it. so i asked if i can call. and i did, but not open after 5pm. so i called the # and left a message. i never got a call back at all so i called the next day and spoke to a guy and he said they just make the games and distrabute them. they dont know where they go after that. well i waited till monday the 5th and went back up to winco and checked if the game was still stuck and sure enough it was and out of order, so i talked with the manager.

i explained to the manager of what the guy told me. im getting a run around.  he said there was 3 other people after me complaining about the same game. he told me that he will call again. so i said ok.  i waited till the 9th on friday to check why they aint called. went back up there and the game i won that got stuck is gone and the machine was back up and running. so i hunted down the manager and before i went back down to winco i talked with him  and he played dumb asking what they didnt call you.

i said no call what so ever. but when i went there to hunt down the manager he played dumb again. i said why didnt you call and why aint you trying to resolve this issue. he said just cuz we aint called you dont mean we aint trying to resolve this issue. i said i know you aint trying cuz if you did you would have called when the guy fished out the game and put it back in service. if he was trying to he would've got the game and called me  himself. i asked him why is the game gone and the machine is fixed if he's trying to resolve this. so he must have gave my game to 1 of them 3 that was claiming my game or something.

i told him and gave him a heads up on whats he doing. 4 people complain about that machine in 1 day and that it always happens. must be a deffective game and for him to have it in his store and knowing about the deffectiveness is fraud. i told him the first time that i talked with him that my son had his heart set on it. but for them to scam people on forcing them to not get there prize when they won is a huge scam. and i want to go further about this issue legally. im giving him another week. if nothing is done i will take legal action.

  the whistle stop vending owner resolved this issue, even though why they let it go this far.is my guess, they look at it like the person aint gonna care about 50 cents. they'll let it go!and wont collect it. till they forget about it. Im not complaing about 50 cents so its not that. its just like somebody gambling. say a person bet 5 on a pile of cash for something and they win. they would like to collect there winings. right? right. its more about the honesty, trust and loyal. man of there word, respect. type of thing.
