Windoor World Arlington Texas does not honor warranty
We purchased our windows from Windoor World based out of Arlington, TX, in October of 2001. We are already experiencing problems with the windows. The warranty papers state that a service person from Windoor World is suppose to come to our home to assess the defect. A Rhett Williams from the home office called me and was very ugly in the way he talked to me, he informed me that he was not sending anyone to my home for a bogus claim. (I don't condsider sealant leaking from windows bogus). I had to call the manufacturer on this claim, (they are taking care of the problem) I doubt they will allow Windoor World to handle their product line again.
Also, my parents bought a door from this same company, they received the same service faulty installation (the installer was from Windoor World).
Don't buy from Windoor World, all they want is your money. They don't care about customer safisfaction.

The windows in question were laeking silacone. We worked with the mfg. to repair or replace the units. We sent a expert to the customers home who serviced all the windows and made all the repairs to bring the units up to quality. We are very sorry for the trouble that was caused. The repairs were made shortly after they were reported back in early 2002. Thank you.
