Do NOT submit a resume to Frank Garcia at WorkWay. It is a staffing agency for Countrywide Mortgage. I saw a posting of his on Jobbing.com originally, then Frank called me, and I came in for an interview. I had to fill out 20 pages of information including direct deposit information, and all other typical application information.

Then, after I interviewed with him for about 10 minutes, he had me take this computer test, it tested customer service skills, typing, and 10 key tests. I performed in the top 92%...it tells you after you take the test. I type about 60 wpm...and I forgot what the 10 key test outcome was. After this, he said he would contact me.

He contacted me a week later, on a thursday afternoon, and told me that he wanted me to start on Monday, by then I had gotten another job offer, and took it instead, then the job I had taken avdvised me they were moving to a different location, and I called Frank back and told him the job fell through, and asked if there was anything I could do because I had missed the interview for Countrywide. He advs me that he knew his client so well i could start on monday and I wouldnt have to interview. I told him I would have to put in notice, and told him I could start not that Monday, but the week after. I put in notice to my job, I only gave them a week.

I called Frank everyday to make sure I was starting on the Monday we planned on. He kept telling me he never heard from his client. So, now here I was stuck without the job I just gave notice to and without the Countrywide job. He then told me that there was a different location of Countrywide hiring, and I would have to go there to interview. They only had interviews at 1 time, so I took a long lunch break to go to this interview...the interview lasted 2 and a half hours...They said they would contact him that evening to let him know who they were interested in. Frank doesnt like to be contacted by phone, only via email.

So I emailed him and asked if he heard anything...he said he hadnt and would be in touch...A few days go by...I emailed him everyday, as he made me GIVE UP my job because he ASSURED me I had that original position. He said they ONLY hired bilingual reps, and that there was another position I should apply for but this one had totally different hours than I needed, and the pay was alot less. But thanks to Frank Garcia....I had no job, and was filled with a bunch of lies.

If anyone else had this happen to them. Please let me know. This is UNACCEPTABLE behavior. I really want to contact CountryWide and let them know what he did. Plus, he never got back unless I emailed him twice a day to find out the answer!!
