The car was sold at a good price which I can't complain about. However, the service is not good. I bought a vehicle over the phone 2 weeks before christmas to be shipped as a gift. I found the vehicle with the exact make/color/miles that I wanted at world auto. I would call them numerous times to ask if they wanted to sell it but they would never call me back. When I finally would get in touch with someone- they would try to sell me the car. They have terrible customer service and will spend time on you until you buy the car. After the car is bought- they could care less. The guy i spoke with Javier- promised to deliver the car 2 days after I signed it. It took 2 weeks and he assured me the car was in perfect condition. The car actually had a rusted sunroof, 3 of the 4 doors were broken, and the keyless remote was not functioning. I understand I signed the "as is" form, but these were things that should have been mentioned by Javier prior to me taking his word. I would be very careful when buying from this place as they seem like they will say or do anything to make a sale....

the owner actually did step in and got javier to personally deliver the car but i'm still upset about the lies about the condition and promises about delievery that were broken prior to purchasing.
