World Benefits ripoff, pro scam artists, will not refund $299 from bank acct., promised $2000 M/C Chaplain New York *UPDATE ..World Benefits working harder to avoid employee & customer misunderstandings, company executives want all customers to be 100% satisfied, refunds offered
World Benefits promised to send us a Master Card with a $2000 limit. We only had to pay a $299 one time fee. After they withdrew $299 from my checking account on 10/15/03, we still haven't received anything from this "Company".
My wife talked to them once, but was told they can not refund the money and we should be receiving our credit card anytime, that was 2 weeks ago.
I've tried to call them numerous times but have only got a busy signal, probably to busy with complaints.
I hope some thing can be done about this, but I'm not holding my breath.
