Ordered HELO units and within the specified time noted on their policy cancelled order. Have not had any response or full Refund to my Accounts $3710.76. On or about December 13,2016 a friend introduced me to "an opportunity with World GN" that has a very unique product called the HELO that is similar to a Fitbit. I initially thought to be a great product however after I ordered the units for my family ($3710.76) and trying to set up my account with no support hence also reassessing my initial thought, I cancelled the order within the timeline that was noted on their cancellation policy and refund. To date and following all guidelines on their site and backoffice, I have not received any help from the company or "the upline/friend" to get my entire investment back nor have I had any correspondence to resolve this issue and originally trying to resolve the issue via email correspondence, they have now set up a auto reply stating they no longer will be responding to emails. What the freaking heck. I have disputed all charges with my Bank and CC companies and alerted them to investigate this felonious "company".
I have never in my long life EVER felt so manipulated and am WARNING EVERYONE, do not do business with this company period! Its unfortunate as the product seems to have potential however, THIS IS THE BIGGEST SCAMMING COMPANY I'VE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF DEALING WITH! I am working diligently with my Bank and Credit Card Company to shut these SCAMMERS DOWN! #HELO #WORLDGN #WORLDRIPOFF
