Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
a-z where do I start.. I was employed for Aldo for over a year..I watched him verbally abuse his fellow employess and managers day after day.. His companies are hidden under differnet names and he rips off customers left and right and keeps getting away with it..I quit working there, since ALDO has called my house threatening me .He SUED ME.He does not TAKE TAXES out but holds you to a schedule.

ALDO DISORBO..well here's the absolute worse person I have ever came across in my entire life. this man shows no respect for anyone or anybody including authority..He has mocked the courts and continue to rip off customers. My thing is how can this man get away with it.. Well the big boy up above well not let him..Karma will get you Aldo. The employees that kiss his butt are all a bunch of cowards.Anyone that has worked for him or MS .Colette Lee knows this to be true..He harassed me and threatened me since I quit his rip off company.I will not kiss your butt ALDO and intimadation does not work on me cause you sure cannot intimidate me.. He has sued me in court of law just because I did not want to work for his fraudulent company does not mean I cannot work in this industry pal.You cannot and will not monopolize ..monopoly is against the law..I am ready and prepared to take him all the way to Supreme Court.I wish to contact all ex employees and file a class action lawsuit against Mr. Disorbo..financial loss, emotional distress, harrassment, and also back pay that he claims all my jobs cancelled after I quit..ya right...this man is a crook and we all need help from the most powerful authorties.. I am contacting Attorney General as well.. We as employees were forced to stay during Hurricane Wilma and many of us were under very harmful conditions.I was force to work during this time and refused and was forced to quit because..I have everything I need fully documnted..You see Aldo the problem was this time you're are dealing with a smarter individual than you think..you understimate others and what they can do to you because you think your money means everything and you are untouchable and so powerful..Well Aldo get some brains cause you will need them because you have a persistent individual here and I will not go away easy. Well all I can say is I will not let this go and nor should any other ex employee or poor customer..He has ripped off thousands of Americans and we should put him behind bars the rest of his life.Thats our goal..If you are employed there now ..GET OUT..you do have other choices..since leaving Aldo I have been offered over 10 jobs making 50,0000-100,000 per year... You ahve otehr choices there are tons of moving companies as well...but i know I know you signed anillegal non comptete agreement.. I have a copy of what i signed right here..guess what ALDO new laws your agreemnet is 100% illegal in the court of law that will be found true and you will pay and spend your precious moments thinking about lil MS . Colette behiond bars when BUBBA is asking for you to Toss his Salad again please..Aldo get use to Tossing Salad..Maybe Scott,Paul,Richard, or even Mike will let you pratice choir boy..sing us a tune...By the way..Hows Judy? she sure loved the ride I gave her a few weeks back.As far as of the rest of you that I know I miss you all and you know what kind of person I am. I am real not a phony like Jonas,Aldo and Colette..think about how great they told you the company was when you first started..they never told you the rest did they?FAKES thats why thats what they are and loyal...much missed,Nicole,Karen,Ryan,Gian,Sean,Will, and Nicole again... I miss you all and much love to you..

(((ROR REDACTED))) i am ready to sue but i need a good attorney, is there one that has gone up against nationwide relocation and won? Breach of contract and business dispute - I paid Nationwide Relocation a deposit of $1,553.45 to pack and move my household goods from Springfield, Illinois to Dallas, Texas. The contracted dates were 8/6/2006 and 8/7/2006. No movers showed up on 8/6/2006, I called and called, but I got no answer. No movers showed up on 8/7/2006, I called and was assured that they would be there on 8/7/2006. They did not show. On the morning of 8/8/2006 I left Springfield, Illinois and drove to Dallas, Texas. Nationwide Relocation kept the deposit, no money was charged by the moving company and no money was sent to the movers. I returned to Springfield, Illinois August 24th and hired another mover. I have written and made a complaint to several agencies; still Nationwide will not refund my deposit. I am a recent ex-employee of Nationwide Relocation Services and have been involved with Aldo on & off since the beginning of his business named Fort Knox Storage in Pompano in 2000, American Van Lines and last, All Coast Transport. I have attempted to work for these companies against my better judgement. Each and every time I was promised my back pay and better money and conditions. This last incident with All Coast Transporters is my last. I agree with all negative statements I've read here and know of 2 additional employees who would like to file a claim as well. I am owed a large sum of money. They have used the excuse of those funds being deducted for penalties which they have not provided documentation for as requested by me thru certified mail. I have left several messages for them in regards to my funds. My wife has over 26 messages from them regarding threats made in the past including physical harm. They have even cancelled a check which was given to me for a load delivered. I have paperwork and pictures to validate some of my complaints. I have medical records reflecting a broken ankle, kidney stones and other health conditions in which I was forced to work under while out of state or lose my job and incur penalties. As mentioned before, I have tried contacting them and even went to their offices everyday for a week while in Florida and all I did was wait around in the lobby and I was ignored and never addressed. Once I left to come back to GA, they sent me my last check which was short over $5,000. At this point, I am seeking legal counsel. If any of you can refer someone you have already spoken to, please advise. Luis Ex-Employee

Jason, for your family's sake, take the experience you got at Nationwide and go work for a REAL moving company. Be an estimator and salesperson. It would only take a bit more training to get you to do visual inspections of people's belongings at their homes. Explain that you cannot get a recommendation from your previous boss because of who he is. Every mover in FL will know who Aldo DiSorbo is, and will understand. Sooner or later, the laws protecting brokers and scam movers will be changed, and a flood of lawsuits will rain down on Aldo and any salesperson who is following his orders. Do you want your kids to suffer because of this, or because of an FBI raid? Another Miami scam broker was raided last year, Nationwide et. al. could be not too far behind.

I am apologizing for what was written on this site... BOTTOM LINE...I made a huge mistake quitting World Moving Services. Just being too trustworthy in other individuals was an embarrassing mistake. Daniel and Michael etc.... I was just a disgruntled employee and personal life was defintely not helping matters. These companies are perfectly legit and I wouldn't dare even think of challenging that... NOTHING THAT WAS SAID BADLY TOWARDS THEM ON THIS SITE HOLDS ANY TRUTH. Face it these are smart business people and I respect them. Aldo knows his business..like or not...When the reality of it all is, the employees at World Moving were dear friends of mine..Colette was great with my problems in life and as well my kids.. I never had a problem with Colette, she was always right about me and my scorpio ways.. It just takes a reality check in life sometimes to realize who is true to you and exactly just who isnt and never will be.. You see the bottom line is the are tons of phonies out there, but Aldo, Colette and crew are not phonies..They are real people just like me... It hard to find that in todays world..You might not agree or like what they say or do,but hey at least they are real about it..I can personally say I was not ever ripped off while I worked there, and since I have quit my life has not been pretty. I've defintely paid the price financially and emotionally.. It does take me alot to grab my balls an swallow my pride to admit this... Cause I have huge pride and a heart..But what happened happened.. I admit my wrong doing and I am truly sorry for this.. I have everything to prove and build this relationship back. I would love my job and life back ..I would prove to be a model employee. Friends have nothing too prove to you but I have everything.. Let me use my smarts to help you..I will be the best of the best..This is my knack my gift..There is nothing else I can say or do,but let me prove it..I wont disappoint anybody.. INCLUDING MYSELF.. I am positive now and focused I have two girls that are all me ...This is my last call out.. Call me give me the shot... ...Thanks Jason

They are a scam company

Just a follow up, I'm going to file my own complaint on this website as well as to the BBB. Like I said, when I called to give the deposit, I told the guy I had another moving company I'm dealing with, and before I put down a deposit, I needed to know that they could be there no matter what by the 30th. He said absolutely, etc etc. It was all lies to get me to pay the deposit. So the 31st ended up coming, and they call and say "Sorry, we won't be able to make it today". I go off the handle, calling the WMS, and Southwest Van Lines trying to find out what was going on, and who lied to me. After being transferred and ignored for hours on end (And calling other moving companies last minute..we HAD to be out that day) we finally called the driver, who was in Arizona that day (31st, last day on the contract they were suppose to be there even though I was guarenteed by a SUPERVISOR it would be the 30th) And the driver said, he's been working all day, he's too tired, they're running late, sorry. That was not an option for us. We offered him 500 dollars to get down there that night. Wouldn't you know, they made it.. and took the 500 dollars. He showed up at 1am and loaded us up. Of course, our estimate was way off. We had to pay 2k more, for the move than WMS' 'estimate'. Then they told us CASH only, no cashier's checks. Which makes me nervous, and we tried calling Southwest Van Lines for days to find out why, with no return calls and no one would answer. When the movers arrived, even though WMS told us 'they will disassemble, and reassemble", they did NOT reassemble anything, and had we known that, we would have taken it apart, so we wouldn't have to figure out how everything goes back together. We still haven't figure it all out. We also paid to have our mattresses sterile wrapped in the move, and it's on our contract, but they weren't, and they're covered in dirt and black marks from the truck. We finally got a supervisor from WMS to admit, they took a 1k deposit to do jack. Nada! We have a dispute form in with our bank to get a refund on the deposit, for services not rendered. But WMS has a 'fine print' clause saying 'no estimates are implied or guaranteed'.. they were implied and guaranteed to me. The contract even has the dates on it, how can that not be IMPLIED. I'm furious, they are a rip off company. Hopefully someone else will see this before they rip another customer off.

I contacted WMS earlier this month to get a quote on a move. They were great at calling me back when I had questions, etc. I talked to the supervisor of the girl handling my move, and he PROMISED me it would be picked up by the 30th. We have to do a walk-through on the house to vacate on 31st. So I made it very clear, no later than 30th. As soon as I paid the deposit, it was hell trying to get anyone to call me back. Last week someone called and said "By Friday at 11am, someone will call and tell you the exact date of your move" my window was 28-31st, with guarentee it would not be 31st. Friday by 3pm no one called, so I called them. They said they didn't know who told me that, but they can have up to 24 hours before arriving to call me. Fine.. so the weekend passes. Monday has now passed. Tomorrow is the 30th, with no phone call. They have been closed all weekend and today for the holiday. Pissed and wanting answers, I've looked online trying to find any emergency phone numbers for them.. and I found this website. After looking over the reports I'm sick to my stomach. I'm debating cutting my 1k deposit, and finding a reputable moving company. I read all these stories about the hell of delivering. Meanwhile, the home owner is living in a hotel with his 5 person family waiting until the 1st to move in. I cant find someone last minute, and I'm agonizing over what we're going to do. I'm calling WMS first thing in the morning, not that it will do any good from what I've read.. oh if only I'd seen this website earlier :(

I was also employed at Nationwide. The customer calls they give a quote over the phone which is illegal in the state of florida, they get a deposit from the customer for nationwide and the balance is for the mover so they bump up the price.Half of the time Nationwide does not even know who they are sending to a customers house everything is done by the phone. I got fired for no reason because I think I knew a little to much and I spoke my mind. When I ask why I was being let go Mindy and Barbara just look at each other. They couldn't give me an answer.I was really hurt because I was the first one there every morning and I worked my butt off for a company that all they do is rip off customers they lie and cheat and when I tried to make it right I got canned. All the managers there are just Aldo's servants. When you get hired you think your working for this great company wrong!!!It's almost like working at one of those companies that got busted by the FBI a few years ago.

Some info RE Class Action Lawsuits..

#19Consumer Suggestion

Tue, May 09, 2006

I see this alot on this board with people always saying time for class action lawsuit, etc.. Do you all really know how bad a class action lawsuit is for you as the victim? You will get like $2 apiece! The lawyers are the only ones to win in a class action suit. AND proper classification of your Rip Off is really helpful. You are complaining about an employer, the way it looks. Filing charges with the labor board and other government agencies and back wage claims is the way to go. Even small claims court. Forget the class action stuff. It is a waste of time. And..some spell check, proper grammar, and using a few paragraphs is really helpful in allowing us to easily read and understand your post.

Nationwide Relocation and the companies that they hire are criminals! We are also looking into a class action lawsuit against Nationwide and Damrons moving. I have contacted numerous organizations and filed complaints. I urge others like me to contact 20/20, 60 minutes or Primetime Live. The people that I spoke to are looking forward to doing a story about Nationwide. All of the employees that we dealt with at Nationwide Relocation are dishonest, low-life scum that will burn in Hell. I am speaking about Pauline Tomich, Isaac Garcia, and Aldo Disorbo. If you live in the Fort Lauderdale area and you see one of these individuals on the street, don't hesitate to spit on them or have your dog urinate on them. Same goes for Brenda, John, and Archie Damron and thier white trash moving company in Ohio.
