World Savings Bank Loan Bad business practice ripoff Antonio Texas
I have a world savings loan on my house. I wanted to refinance and go with someone eles i start this first of feb. World saving would not give the loan processor any infomation. They went there a few times to get a pay off amount. That took 15 or more days and after that it was another 10 days to send it to me.
I have never had a refinance take so long. They are holding me up I would not have had to pay world savings another payment if they were not doing this to hold me in longer. Now that I want to foreclose on my house that is wrong.
I had a three way with them and a credit person from another company after we were done speaking with world we said thank you and good bye. The person from world saving would not hang up the phone and was listening in on the phone.
Never do business with them. They are just holding up my refinance, to make me pay more money. It don't take a month to refinance. That's how long I have be trying to get information from them. Now that the papers are signed and every thing is ready to go now world calls the other lender and tell them I am behind in a payment. There needs to be something done about them.
