Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
Here is what transpired: In March, God save my soul, I accidentally entered my payment online in the incorrect box, therefore my payment was applied to the principal only. When I recieved my April statement I found that the payment was in limbo and they had reported me to Experian & Equifax as a 30 day late payment!!!

I have never been late on a payment in 10 years! I wrote & called World Savings regarding this matter, and they were RUDE and stated there was nothing they could do because it "wasn't their fault"! Here is the email I sent to them :

I have contacted your company regarding a 30 day late payment that was put on my credit report because I accidentally entered my payment amount in the incorrect box-principal only box. I faxed a letter asking that it be removed, then recieved a letter stating that you "regret" that, due to the fact that it wasn't the fault of your company, I am stuck with a negative mark on my credit report!!

That is UNACCEPTABLE to me as a consistantly GOOD customer, and HAVE NEVER, EVER, in 10 years of mortgage payments, been late!! Please remove this damaging 30 day late payment OFF my credit report or I will be refinancing with a company that treats their customers with respect and have their best interest in mind! FYI, your customer service rep was totally condescending & RUDE!!

Don't do business with these jerks! I have owned several propeties and have had several mortgages with OTHER companies, and World Savings is the only company that has been totally unwilling to work with my God aweful MISTAKE!! They suck a$$!

She screws up and it's the banks fault. She wants the bank to rewrite history and when they won't, she threatens to refi with someone else. I wonder how much that's gonna cost her. Notice the part about how she has several other properties and have had several other mortgages with OTHER companies, and World Savings is the only company that has been totally unwilling to work with her God aweful mistake. I don't know quite what that means? She's made mistakes in the past and been able to intimidate those companies into doing her wishes or what. If the tone and wording in this post is any indication of how she conducts herself, it's no wonder the rep. wouldn't help her. And what's to this wise to your BS?

How Dare You

How dare you blame a company for YOUR mistake. A company let alone a mortgage company can not falsify records for a credit agency....now if they applied it wrong and not how you specified then they are obligated to correct it, however if you make a mistake, key word YOU, then YOU are responsible for that....if credit is of high importance to you..it is up to you to make sure payments are sent in correctly. You can't get mad at a CSV rep because they are doing their job and following procedures.
