World Voice Link is a rip-off scam company that victimized many consumers. Bedford, Texas
I am another person who forgot about it and got scammed by World Voice Link ...
In Febuary of 2002 I was contacted by a lady like everyone else for a free motorala pager and voicemail. It sounded okay at first. I went through all of the same steps as everyone else of giving my address, phone, etc.
I never recieved my voucher for the pager or any kind of paperwork so I figured I wasnt' getting it. I forgot about it. Until I got my phone bill in March of 2002. It was high with all the activation fees. I contacted the number on my bill they gave me another number. Never got through. I then e-mailed ILD and told them I was being billed for something I have never recieved. I was contacted at home on that matter. I have called the number I was given then to many times and gotten the recording telling me to call back in 10 minutes.
I havent' understood why I couldnt' use the service and had nothing on it. Then I went to search for there site and found this website. I am in shock. I never realized I got scammed. ILD is scamming us right along with them. Just hopefully now my phone company will take it off of my bill. The better business bureau only has one complaint on them. Amazing! I cant' believe there is no one to help us. Hopefully if enough people complain someone will help.
