World Voice Link, Possibly American Voice Link fraudulent ripoff business with bogus charges on phone bill Bedford Texas
Noticed charges from World Voice Link on my June telephone bill.
Have tried and tried to contact these jerks, but no luck. I did an internet search and came up with one of your reports on this company. Then saw many others.
Tried to call them again. Now no one is even answering the phone anymore.
Did a search on voice-mail companies and came up with American Voice Link in Bedford, Texas. Called the number and the lady kind of hesitated then said 'You have the wrong number'. But this was the number for a voice-mail exchange company. Surprise, suprise!
I asked if she knew how to get hold of World Voice Link, and she said 'I've never heard of them.'
Called my phone company again. They are crediting one month and sending the next bills back. But - like others -I will have to call them every month a charge appears. Recommended I call ILD billing services again. Did that.
I am now on a call-back list from ILD. They are sending World Voice Link an email (but wouldn't give ME the email addy), and someone will call me back.
Hope to goodness I get some kind of answer.
