I am a college student that transfered from a school in Michigan to Georgia back in January of 2002. It took me almost two months to get through to customer service but I'm sorry after waiting an hour and half I was not going to hang on anymore(that's if the automated phone system didn't tell me "due to unusually high call volumes we can not take your call" then it would hang up on me). Finally, I got through asked them to change my phone number and address, plus send me my bill for the last two months I didn't receive.

Well I get my phone bill and it was $200.00 over $90.00 was for roaming charges which I feel was ridiculous since they can never pick up the customers who've been waiting at least 45 minutes or longer. Anyway I paid them, that was back in the beginning of March and I have not seen another bill since. After days of calling I finally got through to see why I haven't gotten a bill and they tell verify my address, which was typed in wrong. So I correct the address and they tell me they'll send a copy of the bill. Ok, 2 1/2 weeks later I get a letter telling me they cann't update my address until I fill out this paper and fax itback to them with a utility bill. Hello!!! How many times do I have to tell you I live in a dorm I don't pay bills except phone and credit card. Secondly, I cann't help your employees don't know their head from their a@#. I'm now trying to get through to them to tell them this and find out what I owe now and to make sure my credits not getting f*@#%* up from this.
