A Worldwide Travel Center three day and two night offer requires the user to own a credit card; all hotels and motels require a credit card at check in for taxes and incidentals. As all transactions are via telephone and physical credit card is present the written authorization to charge a specific credit card number is required.

The hotel offer is strictly for promotion of timeshare sales. That would be stated in #13 of the terms and condition section of the offer. Unfortunately World Wide Travel Center has covered their behinds by being very specific with thge terms and conditions of the offer. Some of the destinations listed are never available because there are no timeshares in those places. They benefit by sending those that qualify, e.g. married, income over 50k to the places that are available. Most people go ahead and take the tour after frustration of getting the forms back in the mail so many times. The call center in Deerfield sold it's reservations department to a company near Daytona, however the vouchers and some calls still go to Deerfield Beach. The runaround and obligation to tour will most likely remain the same. The renewal, child, hotel upgrade and resubmission fees are just a quick way for the owner to prosper. Always remember nothing in this life is FREE except fresh air.

I guess I have to defend them since I just redeemed mine. It was a bit of paperwork but they are legit. Tips for people who need to redeem them are a) you must strictly follow their instruction b) monday-thursday check in will make your process a lot easier although you can still reserve friday-sunday check in dates c)they are not good for business trip since destination flexibility is required. Other than that, I believe it's a good value.
