We experienced unethical sales practices which include but are not limited to, high pressure sales tactics,incomplete price breakdown, and misrepresentation of a product and service. We were not given the price that was promised. Within 15 minutes of the purchase we returned the 2002 Kia Sedona with a defect in the windshiel. We were offered the cancelation of the sale of the vehicle which they did not fallow through on. They said they would repair the windshield and after 5 days dropped the van off in front of our house and put the key in the mail box. The repair was not made. They have refused to return any of our calls.
