Hi Gary, I'm a long time iFriends user, and I've never had a problem that iFriends hasn't taken care of as soon as I contacted them. Granted, I haven't ever had charges bill that I didn't ask for, however, it's always possible someone got a hold of yyour info and created an account. I would suggest calling or eamiling their office ASAP so you can avoid further bills (if i remember correctly from previous emails I've gotten from them, they even have a toll free # for the UK). I would suggest just getting that number from your statement, or emailing them at [email protected]. Also, remember, if you can't take care of it with them, your bank is always a back-up option.
