Because he indicated that he did not wish to use the account, we immediately cancelled the account and issued refunds for his charges. His bank has accepted the refunds, and subject to its specific policies, the refunds should appear in Gummobkp4's account within the next 5 to 7 business days. He then used our online cancellation utility to cancel his account. A Customer Care representative replied the same day and confirmed that the account was cancelled and the refunds were being processed. When Gummobkp4 created his iFriends account, he affirmatively chose to enroll in the upgraded iFriends Elite membership. This option is presented on the registration page prior to completion of registration. While the basic iFriends membership is free, the Elite membership that Gummobkp4 chose to access has a monthly charge associated with it.
