WPI*IFriends has been charging me 29.99 a month and also for a VIP charge of 2.47 to 3.47 a month and I never authorzied for them to do any of these charges.

Because David did not provide very many details, we were not able to find his iFriends account. We are eager to resolve the situation, and we invite David to contact our Customer Care department directly so that we can locate his account and provide him with complete satisfaction. In the US, the toll-free telephone number is 1-800-243-9726, and representatives are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Although basic iFriends membership is free, there are premium areas of the site which do carry charges. All of these premium areas, and the associated charges, are clearly and conspicuously disclosed in advance, and the user must affirmatively choose to access these areas. Since David received charges from us, this means that he chose to access premium fee-based areas on iFriends service. Our company has an exemplary 11-year-record with all of the leading consumer protection agencies, and we are "best in class" in our industry in the development of model online consumer best practices. Every one of our web services is verified by TRUSTe to be on its sealholder list of "the most trustworthy online businesses."
