Our "Customer is Always Right" policy ensures that we take action sufficient to provide each customer with complete satisfaction, including making refunds for any charges which a customer has incurred but disputes. We are 100% committed to resolving all issues that come to our attention. We have already refunded the charges which Ira references in his complaint above. A short time after Ira wrote the above complaint, he called our Customer Care Department and spoke to a representative about the charges that we billed to him. Ira told the representative that he suspected that a member of his family had used his information, without authorization, to create the iFriends account. We immediately placed a permanent block on all of the information used to create the account, and refunded the charges. We suggested that Ira contact his bank directly to deal with the issue of overdraft fees, and to ensure that necessary steps were taken to protect his information and identity. Because the bank chose to assess the overdraft fees, the bank is the only entity that can refund those fees to him. Ira indicated that he was satisfied with this resolution. We appreciate Ira contacting us directly to resolve this matter.
