When Commando created his iFriends account, he specifically chose to enroll in the upgraded iFriends Elite subscription. An iFriends subscription was available for free, but the upgraded Elite subscription that Commando chose to create has a $9.95 charge associated with it. This charge was clearly and conspicuously disclosed in advance, and Commando actively chose to create his account with the Elite subscription. We are puzzled about Commando's statement that he can't find out anything about our company. Every monthly charge appearing on Commando's debit card statements expressly included a toll-free telephone number for our company so that he would have a way to contact us with any questions. In addition, literally every page of our websites provides multiple links to email and telephone contact information for our customers. We also provide an easy-to-use online cancellation utility and an online help form that Commando could have accessed and used at any time. Despite all of these facilities for cancellation, Commando has never contacted us at any time to question his charges or cancel his account. Had he done so, we would have been happy to immediately refund the charges and cancel the account, as we have now done. If Commando has any additional questions or concerns, we invite him to contact our Customer Care department directly by calling 1-800-243-9726. We are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We have been in business for 14 years, and we have more than 9 million satisfied customers. We have consistently maintained excellent ratings with all leading consumer protection agencies. In addition, we have pioneered and developed online consumer best practices that have been adopted by many other services. The iFriends service is verified by TRUSTe and is on its sealholder list of the most trustworthy online businesses.

Hello Friend, The charge on your credit card is Webpower Inc (WPI) who owns the video chat website ifriends.net, ifriendsv2.net and various others. The charge is for the monthly membership fee which you agreed to when joining to get extra features and while (more then likely in a rush) you failed to read and / or remember to cancel the billing so it wouldn't continue charging you as an active company. iFriends and Webpower do not steal, rip off or scam people - people go looking for adult content and don't read before inputting their credit card information as they are usually anxious to see some live webcam feeds. Call 1-800-IFRIENDS thats their customer care number, they probably won't refund the monies charged (as with any business who has recurring billing, it's the responsibility of the credit card bearer to end billing) but they will be happy to downgrade your account to the free account, or close it all together.
