Unfortunately, Judy did not provide sufficient information for us to locate a corresponding account. In the complaint, Judy states that she has never heard of the iFriends service. It is possible that someone fraudulently used Judy's personal information to create an account on our service. If this is the case, we strongly encourage Judy to contact local law enforcement and file a police report. We work diligently with banks and law enforcement agencies to help apprehend anyone committing credit card fraud or identity theft. Once we are able to locate the account, we will be able to provide Judy with more information about who might have created or used the account.
