I have had this company charge my credit card account and most likely maybe one of my kids signed up for it. But... I have phone the 1-800 IFRIEND number and get no response to cancel the subscription. I will continue to try and cancel the subscription thru my bank now as the 1-800 # attempts have failed.

I too noticed a charge on my checking statement from this company. I did not sign up for this and never agreed to these charges. I would boycott this site from here on in. No more ifriends for me.

I too, noticed a charge on my credit card statement from WPI, and called the 800 # to find out what it was. The CSR was very nice and explained what it was for. I told her that I never signed up for that, to which she said no problem, she would reverse the charges, and to my suprise they credited back for two months! I hadn't caught the previous month's statement. I suspect that my 11y.o. daughter had sighned up for this service using my credit card, but don't no for sure. I hope that is what happened and that WPI friends did not get my CC # fraudulently.

I just noticed this charge on my checking card statement and I don't remember ever being on this site. How do I get rid of this charge? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Leroy, -- I'm a user of that site, ifriends, and there appears to be some mistake. They don't have a "3-day trial". They offer $1 to join (to confirm ccard, you can ask for and get it refunded), and optional $6.95 and $9.95 monthly memberships. But there's NO trials, 3-day or otherwise. Maybe you're confusing this site with one of the 50,000 other webcam sites out there?
