WPI*IFRIENDS VIP ripoff trying to cancel a monthly WPI Ifriends VIP charge no way to cancel automated phone does not respond Lake Worth Florida
I am trying to cancel a monthly WPI Ifriends VIP charge of $6.95, and I can't get to talk to someone there, because the automated phone message does not allow to speak to someone live or allow one to cancel the charge. It will not even allow to cancel the charge through the internet site.

We aren't sure why Patrick was unable to reach a live representative after connecting with our automated answering system. As mentioned by the automated answering attendant, a live representative can be reached by hitting the number '2' on a touch-tone phone. Since becoming aware of the above RipOffReport complaint, we have been in contact with Patrick and the matter has been resolved to his satisfaction.
