We have not been able to find the account that Janice is talking about. We are looking forward to hearing from Janice so that we can find the account and make sure that she does not receive any more charges. We urge Janice to contact us immediately, on the number listed on her credit card statement 1-800-IFRIENDS. This is a toll-free number that will reach our Customer Care department any time, day or night. Since Janice is receiving charges from us, that means that someone has used her credit card information to create an account on the iFriends service, and has used some kind of premium services. Once we find the account, we should be able to provide more information about who might have done this. Of course, we will refund any and all unauthorized charges. We have been in business for 14 years, and our goal is to provide 100% customer satisfaction.

Hello Hello, The charges you're seeing on your credit card are for a VIP membership at the adult live video chat website iFriends.net (aka: iFriendsV2.net) - This is a very reputable company that has been doing business for about 11 years and whom my company does a large amount of business with. Your boyfriend or your husband, or your son used your credit card to join the website and forgot to cancel the recurring membership. If you call Webpower (iFriends parent company) at 1-800-iFriends (as it displays on your bill for this exact reason) they will more then likely reverse every charge encurred on your credit card. Additionally, they can tell you the username and password that was created using your card, when it was created and what IP addresses are attached to the account, all of which will help you to determine what trusted loved one used your card to join the website. iFriends also watches this website and will without doubt respond here themselves within a day or two - in the meantime, give them a call and get things straightened out and next time before reporting a company as a ripoff... call the toll free number they display on your credit card statement first... it's just courteous :)
