We used Wudstay the aggregator's booking service on internet to book at Queens Inn hotel in A-873-D, Sushant Lok Phase-I, A-Block, Gurgaon, Haryana 122002 India for a few days.  Due to work our stay was extended.  We phoned the Wudstay call center and infomed about extended stay and requested they keep stay open until we have a check out.  They said ok.  There was no manadatory obligation for us to book online again.  

The hotel was also told.  They felt jealous at the price we got and on back of their mind they wanted to change the room rate for us. So they must have done something on their Wudstay account.  They never informed us of the increase. 

Then afterwards on different day we received call from Wudstay, saying we should transfer to another hotel nearby which had better facilities for same price.  Because rooms and hotels are different, we wanted to look at the new hotel and their room.  Woodstay sent us mobile / cell phone message with address.  Our work did not allow us to view their new proposed hotel and so we phoned them that we are continuing to stay at Queens Inn hotel.

Then Wudstay told us the room rate had increased, this was on 6th day.  We wrote them an email to tell them original room rate should be used. They never bothered answering this email. Then days before checkout their area manager, Deepak, started threatening us saying we pay new which was 75 percent higher or they will not let us leave.
