I, too, found a charge of $19.95 on my card for Living Lean, a company I never heard of. Fortunately for me, I used a debit card to place my Wu-Yi tea order, and there was not enough money on the card at the time to honor their charge. However, I decided to check out the Terms & Conditions on their site, you know, that section that none of us like to read because it's too lengthy!!! Well, as much as it pains me to say this...Wu-Yi is covered by this lengthy contract. In it, they state that the fee for the trial order is non-refundable (They did refund my $4.95, since I did not receive my order). They also state that ordering from them includes a $29.95 monthly fee as well as a subscription to Living Lean which will charge your card for $19.95 per month. When you place the order, you are authorizing them to charge the card. Sorry to say, but I failed to read the contract until after I read the Rip-Off Reports. So far, both companies have honored my request. Here are their numbers: Wu-Yi Source: 1-866-449-5567 Living Lean: 1-866-396-5711 I had no problem getting through to either of these. Good Luck!! P.S. For ordering on line, I never use my credit card, only a debit card. It's easier to control a debit card that is not tied to a checking account, such as the Green Dot card. You simply do not add money to the card, call the company, cancel the card and request a new one. They will send you a new card with a new number. No banks to hassle with. Gwen t.
