Beware of WuYi WEight Loss Tea!! They will charge you the full price of $37 before your free trial is up. I sent back half of the tea and was assured I would receive some money back but didn't receive any. Also you can never talk to a person! They will only email you. I was also told by email I was taken out of the autoship program but I wasn't. I was charged $19.99 a month plus $37 and $31 and foreign fees. This was a total of $148.62 from January 23rd to May 7th of 2008.

I have notified my bank but they are saying they will only refund me $59! I will be sending a detailed report to WaMu and I hope they can resolve this.

As of 12-11-08 I am still owed $39.90 from Living Lean. I talked to Jake the manager for the third time and was reassured that they would be crediting my account but it has been two weeks and nothing has been done. I called the bank to see if there was anything the fraud department could do but they say if you get ripped off the only one who can fix it is YOU! The money is not the issue but the fact that Living Lean took my MC information without my authorization is against the law! Please be careful when you order things off the internet.

Since I wrote my last report I found out by calling Wu-Yi Tea that there is an ad on their website that apparently they say you can sign up for Living Lean Las Vegas which is a health couseling newsletter. I never signed up for that or gave them permision to use my info. Wu-Yi denies any connection to them but that is not true. I finally got thru to a live person at Living Lean in Sept. of this year (2008) and was told that all my monies ($119) would be refunded. They only refunded $80, so I called again this month(Dec.) and was assured again that I would receive the remaining $30. Hopefully, I will see the credit in my bank account tomorrow. They were very cordial about the refund after I demanded to talk to a manager but still would not address the issue of deception on their website. I hope this will help someone. Please do not sign up for Wu-Yi Tea or you will automatically be signed up for Living Lean Las Vegas which took $19.95 every month out of my account for 7 months!

Living Lean promises refund!

I finally figured out the scam for Living Lean. They are on the website for WuYi Tea and when you sign up to receive the tea you are automatically signed up for health couseling from Living Lean. I called WuYi and complained and was told I would have to call Living Lean. This is how I found out they are a totally different company. Apparently they sign you up without your permission. I told them I would be reporting them to the Attorney General if I didn't get my full refund of $80. They graciously said they would credit my account and were sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully in two days I should have my money!
