Wuyitea Wuyitea WuyiteaWuyitea Company Company misrepresented facts. Fraudulent transaction and advertising Ontario California
Company advertised free tea and could return for any reason. Tea not free. They continue to send it even though I don't want it. They also continue to charge my credit card.
I tried to cancel transaction and return tea but they make it impossible. Called and can't talk to live person. Webpage offers no relief. Tried their web chat but was simply chatting with a computer and got no help.
Nothing you do with this company offers any relief or any way to cancel the transaction and therefore they continue to charge my credit card regardless of my desire to cancel their continued unwanted deliveries of tea.
I need help to get out of this fraudulent situation.
