I ordered a Continuous Ink Supply system from this firm for my Canon i9900 photo printer. The unit arrived without instructions. I emailed the company and requested that the instructions be provided. It was clear that they were meant to be provided. I got no response. The unit is complicated and instructions are absolutely necessary. (More about that later) So,after much effort (including phone calls the secreatry of state of NY and the County licensing authorities I got the company's phone number. I actually spoke with Mr. Xian on the phone (undoubtedly a cell phone) and asked him to please send me the instructions, which he agreed to do. Of course, he did not. Then, I filed a complaint with my credit card company, but that was to no avail. Then, being a handy fellow, I attempted to install the unit without instructions. Very bad decision. Not only did the attempted installation fail (miserably) but I am nost certain that I can get my i9900 operable again. Therefore, deal with this company at your peril
