Yet another victim of Wyndham's high pressure sales team -  they promise deluxe suite accommodations with all the amenities, they delivered Star Island in Orlando -



  The room had no washer/ dryer, was only a one bedroom with 2 beds and a lumpy sleeper sofa in the would be kitchen living room. We had to keep curtains/blinds closed as the walk way for EVERYONE was outside our windows and we had absolutely no privacy. The kitchen sink (If you call it that, one steel hole) was leaking at the trap. Every time we took a shower water would run across the floor of the bathroom all the way to the toilet. The shower curtain fell down and was put back up by maintenance man (finally after 3 calls) and he had muddy feet and stepped all over our towels, that were down there to sop up the water that ran across the floor - my son fell due to it..   Fresh towels cost $7 a day, or you can use the laundromat that is 2 stories down and has only 1 working dryer.  We spent HOURS of our vacation in the laundry area.



  DEFINATELY NOT THE ACCOMODATIONS that we were shown, promised,  & walked through when we signed on to Wyndham -  ABSOLUTELY NOT DELUXE ACCOMODATIONS- 



We are supposed to be owners, but just try and get a reservation for a holiday -  EVEN THOUGH ROOMS ARE EMPTY.. we cant get into any resort.  We were Promised first occupancy when we signed up -  and we were supposed to be VIP too! 



 THIS WHOLE THING IS A LIE AND A RIP OFF FROM START TO FINISH. 



-  Then due to economy we fell behind in our payments and maintenance fees- 3 times we gave them our debit cards to have them run the payments, and they couldnt get it right  -  and the collectors started calling.. 2 and 3 times a day, plus mailings, plus emails and even as early as 7:30 in the morning -( TALK ABOUT HARASSMENT!) -   then when you call back you are on hold for forever, and when they finally come on, DONT EVEN THINK ABOUT GETTING SOMEONE OF VALUE, you only get operators NEVER do you speak to a manager or someone who can actually accomplish anything. 



 They fail to do their jobs right even when you give them the acct information they need to get their payment.  THEY HAVE CONTINUED TO CALL ME EVEN NOW THAT I HAVE CAUGHT EVERYTHING UP.. i got 4 calls today alone.  and when I told them that I HAVE paid, they put me on hold to check my account, then never came back to the line, they just HUNG UP ON ME!  Not only are they incompetent they are RUDE too! 



 HOW DO I GET OUT OF THIS THING?   All the sales companies to resell this thing want money up front and I think they are a bigger rip off than Wyndham ( CONSUMERS ARE TRAPPED OWING THOUSANDS TO THESE RIP OFF PEOPLE - WHAT CAN WE DO TO GET JUSTICE AND GET OUT OF THESE THINGS? )  please help!
