This is a dishonest company. I have been using them for a couple of years, and mostly the transactions have been without problems – until the most recent one.
They take the money from your account, and for whatever reason, it doesn’t arrive in the destination account. I called Xoom, and they blamed the other bank. I spoke with the bank and they told me to ask for a Faster Payment Reference number, and of course, Xoom was unable to provide this, yet they kept blaming the other bank.
As of now, there is almost $1000 missing from my account for more than 24 hours, and Xoom cannot tell me where my money is – Good job!
