We have a family which rented two homes. After staying in the homes, they called CC company and claimed they didn't authorize charges. This was a completely automated online transaction which would not have gone through without proper address, phone and identifying information. Yapstone (DBA Vacation Rent Payment), our CC processor notified us in the morning, did not give a chance to dispute or provide evidence and clawed back the nearly $4k in funds that same day.
Numerous emails have been sent to customer service and support with no response. Phone goes to recorded message employees are working from home due to Covid, which is fine but that does not mean they can't forward and field calls. Contact query button on their web page located here https://vacationrentpayment.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001877748-How-do-I-contact-VacationRentPayment- yields "oops The page you are looking for doesn't exist". This is no way to do business pandemic or not, especially when businesses are struggling and they steal money back from us which was legitimately earned and then go unresponsive!
They gave us until July 12 to respond, howeverthey have completely ingored our reports and have not acknowledged. I guess this is how they keep the money.
