I am very disappointed with YBUY.  I wish that they had a yelp account, but they don't or at least I could not find one.  I was told by one customer service in October that the end of October would be my last payment.  Then I called in November same thing happen.  Then I called in December and the same thing happen.  Then I called in Jan. and they said that I have one last payment of $11.00.  Then they charged my bank account in feb. of 52.82.  I told them to take my banking information out of their system.  I notifed my bank today to not let them to to put any other charges through to my account.  I am waiting for the paper work that my bank is sendding to me.  Their customer service is very bad.  Everytime That I have talked to them on the phone I have been on the phone for at least 1 hour.  I would not trust this company.  For about 5 months now they keep saying one more month of payment is due.  They told me if we didn't pay in full in three months that we will have to pay double for the phone.  I have paid $1350 and some change.  I will never recommend YBUY to anyone.  Beware of this company.
