the pictures are of :
employees park right in front of the office leaving only one parking stop open.
the spot next to the handycap is for them to unload the wheel chair NOT for golf carts.

I live in a Yes community in Greensboro NC.
I read your reply, Alls i have to say is you are full of ****. Or you just don`t know any better. The guidelines mean noting here. Your new manager Dawn gives out late notices to people who payed their rent a week ago, Two months ago we didn`t get our statment until the 7th. The pool has been closed more then it`s been open. No one here gets a permit for anything they do resetents or employees. **** the big man and his wife can`t even get there cars registered in NC , iguess they`re above state laws . They work for YES! I could go on and on , You people have no clue to what your employees do all day. They don`t enforce anything but they did contract a tow co. to enforce the parking rules. The company truck was parked on the grass for over a week in front of a home you just bought. They block and park in the handycap parking spot right in front of the office like it`s all good. That might not mean anything to you but it does to me after my car was tow. And they lie right to your face , like i don`t know any better. YES COMMUNITIES IS A FARCE !!

YES! Communities acquired several communities from Clayton Homes in early 2008. During the acquisition process the appropriate authorities evaluated each community and any issues such as these mentioned such as narrow roads or structures without permits would have been reported and corrected immediately. Furthermore, the county evaluates each community annually to ensure everything is up to code. YES! Communities enforces the Community Living Guidelines fairly amongst all residents and encourage any resident who witnesses violations or disregard for the guidelines to report all instances to the community management or our customer service department at [email protected]. We do take all residents concerns very seriously and want to maintain a community residents will be proud to call home.
