Every time I have taken my car to the shop for service I have been treated poorly, given attitude and have been made to feel I am ignorant, which I do not appreciate. Most recently, when trying to discuss an issue covered under warranty and a possible credit on my account, I was told before I could even say 5 words, "You're wrong." Flat out! After having him speak to my fianc on my phone, as that's who they had been working with, he hung up on him in the middle of the conversation and tossed my phone across his desk at me and told me the conversation was over, though I had never gotten to say much of anything to begin with.

I left his office to wait on my car, at which point I was followed to the door like a criminal - I had done nothing!! He was livid I had my car in for service and had to let me stay. He brought back another manager to talk to me, who simply treated me like crap and said they couldn't do anything for me as far as a credit. I let them know that was fine - I thought it was worth a shot to check and had that been calmly and nicely explained to me the issue would have been dropped.

My only issue now is that I was given the worst treatment I have ever received anywhere as a customer, and it was completely unacceptable!!! I have never met a more foul man in my life, and I will make everyone very highly aware of my experience, because nobody deserves his kind of treatment.
