Your Store On Line took 5 months to fill order, sent wrong item,s,advertisement misleading Iwaukesha, Wisconsin
In January I ordered what I thought was a good deal t2 EZ read keyboards for the price of 1pplus if you placed your order immediately you would get 2 free mice. well after many e- mails and attempted phone calls. I finall got 2 keyboards the wrong nes . i e-mailed the company got the same old auto respose and no response. the two free mice are not included in the order, they sent me an additional order form for 2 mice and a $1.95 cent shipping charge. The shipping charge for the keyboards cost more than the keyboard.one would think that for the high shipping the two mice were included.
I have tried to send e-mails to their designated address and get nothing but auto responses back saying ithe inquiry was assigned to a customer service rep and I would be contacted within 3 days. sometimes i would get an automated response saying keyboards were back ordered and thst my order was in process. whatever that means.. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. but, have no idea how that will turn out. this company has 5 phone numbers that i am aware of 3 different addresses 2 in WI and 1 in CA, 2 names one is on the return address to a Pyramid Transportation in Carson, Ca. I was unable to find a phone number for them. The response to the last report on them and their response about how they "love their customers is a lie. i will try that phone number on Monday May21. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT a whole lot of greif, and not knowing what product you will eventually end up with.
