On April 17, 2017 I responded to and internet offer of free sample for puffy eye reducer cream from Youth Renu with a $4.97 charge for shipping. I recevied the product and started using it. It did not perform as advertised and did not reduce the puffiness.

On May 1, 2017 while reviewing  my online bank statement I found a pending charge for $89.97 from Youth Renu.  I immediately called the number on the statement for the company of 888-853-3479.  Spoke with a woman named Candice. I told her I did not order any more of the product and certainly did not authorize any further charges to my credit card.  She told me that I had enrolled to receive the cream and agreed to the monthly charge when I ordered the sample. I told her no I did not, and she informed me that I did not respond within the timeframe to decline that was supposedly on the website when I ordered the sample.

After going back and forth disagreeing on the charge, she told me that she could cancel my enrollment and refund only a 50% amount to my credit card. I releuctanly agreed to the 50% and was told I would receive an email within the week confirming that I canceled any further shipments and the 50% refunded would take a couple of weeks.

Needless to say I have not received any email confirmation as of this date nor recevied the 50% refund of the amount charged.

Same story, except now, 7 months later, this "company" is called "Serafina".  If this company is ethical, and in good standing, why does it keep changing its name?  Why did it claim that its product was endorsed by the "Sharks"?  Why doesn't it have a Facebook page?  Why didn't it include its "Terms and Conditions" link as part of the ordering process?  And WHY, pray, didn't it, at any time disclose "14-Day Free Trial", or "14-Day Money Back Guarantee", or ANY language to clue us unsuspecting consumers in to the fact that if we didn't act within 2 weeks, an utter nightmare was going to befall us???  OH, the bills I could have paid with that $90 ripoff!!  This isn't over; the Attorney General's office will be hearing from me.  If this nightmare drags out much longer, I'll even go to national news magazine producers.

I had called 2 days late.. I showed my cancel date was 24th and called on 22nd and spoke with a Guy show even offered his employee discount if I stayed with the 'program'.  He told me I would not get charged.. and we all know how that was a lie!!!!  So I am out 89.97 dollars as well plust 'trial shipping' of 5.96. Wrong Wrong Wrong!
