Then they said I had to pay 23.73% retroactive for the year which amounted to over 700.00 sales promotional big signs all over the store no interest for one year no sign stating 23.73% retroactive when acct. was paid off.

This is a complete scam being done by zales jewelry and account issued citibank usa . I have no phyical address for citibank whos phone numbers are as follows 888-438-6255 or customers service for zales 800-586-6923 my account # for citibank--6035 2510 8402 8922 and zales .

DELETE your account number!

Anton,

You need to  DELETE your Citi Account Number from the site. This is a public site - someone can steal your information and charge products to that account number.

Contact the Better Business Bureau to resolve, if you haven't already. Don't want to see you ripped off again!

because just about any one could go run up your account with that number, because store associates dont check ids often, all they want is comission. You should also check you statments because it says exactly when you have to pay it off and if you dont what you will be charged.

Late payment anytime can make the 0% void

I used to work for Zales for over a year. If you choose to take advantage of the one year no interest offer, you are required to pay at least the minimum due by the due date each month; if you don't, the whole agreement can void out and you'll be hit with interest from the date of purchase. PS Don't push your card info online :)
