Zeekrewards.com Sold Me Bids, Allowed Me To Use Them Up On Auctions, Won't Allow Me To Purchase Items Internet
I am a Silver Customer on Zeekler.com's Penny Auction Site.
I recently bought over $400 worth of bids at $.65/bid, and won an item for about $8.00 with 300+ bids. Now I can't buy the item. Upon trying to complete the transaction, Zeekler.com says that it is my bank that has denied the transaction, and that I should contact my bank to get the problem resolved, or use another card.
I have now tried 5 different cards with the same result. I have contacted each of my banks to resolve the issue. Each of them say they have not denied the transactions, that this problem is internal with Zeekler.com
I have Sent multiple emails to every address that I could find. I waited for 2hrs on hold to Zeekler's customer service live to be told their system is down. I was referred to an email address that does not exist. I waited for and hr to be connected to a "Live Chat" operator (who is obviously busy with other things, as it takes on average 7 minutes for new dialogue to post), and was told that they "don't handle anything with the auctions", even though the Live Chat window is ONLY accessed via the Zeekler.com Penny Auction site!!!
Another Problem: I cant buy Bids. Same Credit Card issue mentioned above.
Another Problem: I successfully won and purchased 100 dollars cash for a couple bucks and a handful of bids, which is supposed to be deposited into my AlertPay.com account. It never showed up.
It is hard not to feel that Zeekler's system is designed to limit my access to solutions to my problems. This issue is now close to a month old now, and I have not received so much as a single reply. I feel that paying customers on this site have no recourse for problems. Sadly, once you have purchased the bids, THEY ARE DONE WITH YOU, as there are no refunds on bids and there is "no guaranteed outcome" of any auction.
