Zeldasupport Downloadavail Epoch MCdigigroup Chargefine Charged HUNDREDS from rip off sites we had nothing to do with!! Internet
On checking our credit card balance today which we havent been using and making payments into reguarly we discovered large sums of money had been taken out by various internet sites my husband and i had never heard of before! ZeldaSupport downloadavail Epoch MCdigigroup chargefine are just a few that appear on the statement!! We have since rung our bank and blocked the card! But the bank informed us that they can still take money if they have set it up as an Automatic payment. We have literally been charged hundred and hundreds of dollars as most of these sites are overseas and with the currency in New Zealand it has equated to quite an amount of money! My husband is trained in I.T and teaches this at a University here. We are always careful online! the only things we have used that card for is flights and accomodation when needed and the occasional pizza!! I'm SO angry about this happening!
Not quite sure where to go from here if there is anything else that can be done?
