Zetronix Corp I purchased a nanny camera from Zetroniz in May 2019, After two uses I noticed a broken lens. I emailed about a return to their Tech Support/RMA department.
It took two weeks for them to approve the RMA and then another three weeks to receive the RA # for the return authorization. I immediately shipped back with a USPS tracking number which they received.
It has been another three weeks and I still have not received the repaired item returned. I have called daily for over a week and left VMs to call me on status. NEVER has anyone picked up the phone in all of those calls.
